Golden Bay Towers
From no web presence to a cinematic flagship
How an 89-unit co-op received the kind of website usually reserved for five-star resorts — built on the LRI Connect platform, on its own domain.
Before: invisible online
Golden Bay Towers had decades of history and no dedicated web presence — no place for owners to find governing documents, no story for buyers and brokers to discover, and nothing that reflected the building’s character.
The heritage work
We digitized the building’s archive — restored photographs, clippings, and a documented timeline — and built a dedicated heritage section that treats the co-op’s story with editorial care. This is the part templates can’t fake.
The build
A full property website: home, residences, amenities, gallery, story, and contact — server-rendered for search engines, structured data included, with cinematic photography treatment, film-grain texture, and view transitions throughout.
The platform underneath
The public site connects to the LRI Connect resident portal, so the same property that impresses a buyer also serves its owners — documents, communications, and governance in one place.
Your building has a story too.
The Golden Bay treatment — heritage work, cinematic design, and the compliance backbone — is what every Studio flagship engagement gets.
