Boards are busy.
We built for that.
One questionnaire, one discovery call, two review rounds. Everything else happens on our side of the table.
1
Day 1
Intake questionnaire
One structured questionnaire covers everything we need: your building’s story, contact details, palette preferences, photography, domain, and a document inventory for the compliance side. If you don’t have photography, we’ll advise on getting it shot.
2
Week 1
Compliance & content audit
We review your document inventory against the statutory posting checklist and deliver your written gap review. In parallel, we organize the content that will become your site — governing documents, amenities, history, imagery.
3
Weeks 2–4
Design build on the LRI platform
Your site takes shape on the same platform that runs goldenbaytowers.com — server-rendered pages, structured data for search engines, cinematic photography treatment, and the document architecture the statute expects.
4
Weeks 4–5
Two structured review rounds
Your board sees a private preview link. Two review rounds, consolidated feedback each round — structured enough to ship on schedule, generous enough that nothing launches until it feels right.
5
Week 6 →
Launch + ongoing retainer
Domain configured, site live, documents posted. From then on the retainer runs the cadence: you forward documents as they’re produced, we post on statutory timelines, and your board gets a quarterly posture summary.
Timelines shown are typical for a Compliance Foundation engagement; flagship custom builds are scheduled at the discovery call.

Nothing on this page is legal advice. Statutory requirements change and carry association-specific nuances — have your Florida counsel confirm each item before your board relies on it.
