Boards are busy.
We built for that.
One questionnaire, one discovery call, two review rounds. Everything else happens on our side of the table.
1
Day 1
Intake questionnaire
One structured questionnaire covers the building’s story, audience, visual character, photography, existing content, domain, and the ambitions for its public presence. If photography is needed, we will help shape the brief.
2
Week 1
Positioning & content architecture
We establish the site’s point of view, audience paths, editorial structure, and source material before a page is designed. The result is a clear creative brief rather than a board choosing from themes.
3
Weeks 2–4
Design build on the LRI platform
Your site takes shape through custom art direction and development—responsive composition, editorial typography, considered motion, structured data, accessibility, and performance.
4
Weeks 4–5
Two structured review rounds
Your board sees a private preview link. Two review rounds, consolidated feedback each round — structured enough to ship on schedule, generous enough that nothing launches until it feels right.

Week 6 →
Launch + optional care
We configure the domain, complete production checks, and launch. Hosting and ongoing content care are available under a separately scoped care plan; LRI Connect document services remain a separate engagement.
The schedule is set after discovery and reflects photography, content, integrations, and the board’s review calendar.
Step one takes ten minutes.
