LRI Connect is a software and web-services company, not a law firm. Its founder is an attorney admitted in New York, not Florida. Nothing on this page is legal advice.

Custom websites are delivered exclusively with an ongoing compliance retainer; the website is never sold standalone.

Every compliance deliverable is prepared for your board to confirm with your Florida counsel before relying on it.

Published fees are effective as of July 10, 2026. Compliance Foundation retainers are tiered by unit count. Annual prepayment earns two months free. Final scope is confirmed in a written services agreement.

Questions

Asked and answered

Why is the website never sold without the retainer?

Because Florida’s posting requirements are continuous. A site that was compliant at launch and never updated is a liability with good typography. The retainer exists so notices, budgets, and reports go up on the statutory cadence — that is the product.

What happens on the free gap review?

We review your current website (or absence of one) against the statutory posting checklist and give your board a written summary of where it stands. It is yours to keep and to share with your Florida counsel, whatever you decide about working with us.

We already have a management company. Does this replace them?

No. We handle the website and its statutory postings; your manager keeps doing everything else. Most of our work comes from documents your manager already produces — we take the posting burden off both of you.

Is this legal advice?

No. LRI Connect is a software and web-services company, not a law firm. We operationalize posting requirements; your Florida counsel confirms what applies to your association.

How long does a build take?

Compliance Foundation sites typically launch within weeks of receiving your documents. Custom flagship builds run longer — the schedule is fixed at the discovery call and includes two structured board review rounds.

LRI Property Studio was founded by an attorney admitted in New York — not in Florida — and LRI Connect is a software and web-services company, not a law firm. Nothing on this page is legal advice. Statutory requirements change and carry association-specific nuances — have your Florida counsel confirm each item before your board relies on it.

The gap review is free either way.
